All prices on this page are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD). International orders are welcomed.
We accept bank transfers for Singapore orders and Paypal for international orders.
HOW TO ORDER
For Singapore orders:
To order from Clover Beauty Inn Online Store, simply send an email to cloverbeautyinn@gmail.com in the following format:
a. Your name
b. Address you wish your order to be sent to
c. Names of item/items of interest
d. Normal mail/ registered mail
Once we receive you email, we will send you an invoice with the cost of you order with shipping charges. Once you receive the email, please kindly make payment within 2 working days. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you a payment confirmation and ship your order within 2-3 business days.
For international orders:
Please simply send an email to cloverbeautyinn@gmail.com in the following format:
a. Your name
b. Address you wish your order to be sent to
c. Names of item/items of interest
Once we receive your order, we will wrap your order and send to SingPost for weighing. We will then send you an invoice regarding the total cost including. Kindly confirm your order via email and make payment via Paypal within 2 business days. We will send out your order within 2-3 business days once we verify your payment.
We only send orders via registered mail for all international orders.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
For Singapore orders:
There will be a charge of $1 for shipping and handling for single items per order. There will be an additional charge of $0.50 per additional item. Orders will be sent via normal post by Singpost. If you would like to opt for your order to be sent via registered mail, please add $2.24 to the total cost of order and shipping charge.
Example 1 (normal mail):
Total cost of 2 items = $16
Shipping & handling = $1 + $0.50
Grand total = $17.50
Example 2 (registered mail):
Total cost of 2 items = $16
Shipping and handling = $1 + $0.50 + $2.24
Grand total = $19.74
We strongly advise all customers to opt for registered mail as normal mail is not trackable. We are not responsible for any parcels lost in transaction, although we will call SingPost to enquire for you.
SingPost usually takes 2-7 business days to deliver normal mail.
SingPost usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver registered mail.
For international orders:
All orders will be wrapped and sent to Singpost for weighing. Once we get the total shipping cost to your country, we will send you a confirmation email and please kindly make payment within 2 business days.
Example (registered mail):
Total cost of 2 items = $16
Shipping and handling = sent to SingPost for weighing ($n)
Grand total = $16 + $n
NOTE: Once we receive your Order Email, we will reserve your item/items for 2 business days. In the event that we do not receive your payment within 2 business days, reserved items will be released for sale and your email will be blacklisted from our store. If you would like to enquire about any items before purchase, we welcome you contact us via email or comment.
